Price Of Inverter Air Conditioner

I have been talking about the benefits of inverter type air conditioners. We know now that it can lower our electricity consumption. What we do not know is how much do we need to shed out to have an inverter air con in our rooms. Do we need to take out a loan so we can buy one? If so, do you need to look for free credit score checker in order to see if your credit score will allow you to take a loan? I look around the appliance stores near us and what I learned that there are more than a dozen types of inverter air con, from type of brands to different type of models.

From a local selling site, an inverter air con unit will cost from 30,000 PhP to 40,000 PhP. If you convert that in dollars, that’s $700 to $900+. A typical air con will cost you 10,000 PhP or even less, that’s $200+. They say that when you use inverter aircon, you can save at least 30% of your electric consumption. So for example you monthly bill is 7,000 PhP. If you buy an inverter air con, you will save, 2100 PhP. In a year, you already saved the amount you spend for your aircon and in the coming years, you were able to save more.

So I guess, inverter air cons is a good investment. Now I am off to doing my job so I save enough for inverter air con. I plan to buy one next year before summer.

Couple’s Corner: Sexy Pregnancy

Rodliz’s Nest

It’s mother’s theme this week at couples corner. I want to talk about my pregnancy with Sati, since Liz is one of her godmother.

It was February 14, 2009 when Sati was made. It was an unexpected pregnancy (like my two other boys). We thought I would not get pregnant since I’m still safe (meaning I am not ovulating yet). So when we found out about the pregnancy, we were surprised and don’t know what to do. After a few weeks, we accepted it and that was the most beautiful thing that happened to me. Beautiful in the sense that I was really pretty during my pregnancy. Must be that Sati shared some of her gorgeousness to me, once she was out of my tummy, I am back to being ugly LOL.

It was the easiest pregnancy since I did not expereinced morning sickness as difficult as I did when I was pregnant with the three boys. It was also the sexiest because I was able to wear sexy and revealing maternity clothes, not to mention stylish too haha.

So that was one of my many pics during my pregnancy with Sati. Aside from that, that was the only pregnancy where hubby and me did not argue haha.. I guess Sati is our lucky charm. LOL Actually she IS my lucky charm, I got to know a lot of great people because of her (read: Marce Club)

Homey Blog

A home is a place where you can relax and be at ease. It is one place where one feels safe and find peace. Most people think of their homes as their sanctuary. And I think here in blogniverse, our blog serves as our home. For those who maintain a lot of blogs, it means they love being on different places or that they have different moods.

That’s what I observed when I look around and blog hop on Yuuki’s numerous blogs. Each and every blog has different theme and color. It’s Not Always About Me(but most of the time it is) radiates happiness, being at ease and being relaxed and being sweet too. This is one blog that a reader will feel a very warm atmosphere. It makes you want to sit back, relax and just read on (while munching on microwave fresh popcorn).

The Drama Blog

When I was a kid, I dream of having a house where in the main color of the house is black. I was on my teen age years then (and emo look was not in yet.. so there.. di ako nakikiuso no) and I love black so much. But my mom was so weirded out by my love for black. Now that I am older (and wiser I think), I no longer love black the way I did during my rebel years. I still love black but not to the point that I will paint the house black.

In fact, I have a black website! Yay.. and another one black website I love is DRAMA QUEEN. The blackness of the site justify the title and the overall theme of the site. And unlike dark themed websites, this one make it more friendly because it uses white as the background color of the main column of the site (read: hindi nakakaduling)

Moving To Palawan

One of my best pal in the blogniverse (Sati’s ninang and YM buddy) will be moving to Palawan soon. Currently they are in Singapore. I have been hearing about moving companies that even helps international movers. For sure, Marce Jade availed of that. Moving is not an easy task, and moving from another country to another must be harder. I hope that when my marce moved to Palawan, she won’t forget anything in Singapore. But if there is one thing that she would never forget to pack, that would be her prenatal vitamins. Yes, she is pregnant now and we can’t wait to see her bulging tummy this coming June. And I hope by then, all their things are packed neatly and has been smoothly to their location.

Happy Moving marce Jade!
