I was talking with Niko yesterday and talked about Sati’s birthday. We talked about giveaways and souvenirs and I mentioned to her how I never really like making souvenirs on each party I organize. I remember when I was a kid, most houses I have been collects souvenirs from weddings, birthdays etc, and display it on top of their tv rack or anywhere that is visible to their visitors. But for me, it’s an eye sore. I told her I am a minimalist and would rather just have modern furniture in my house and not much decors at all. Maybe a painting or two but those tiny souvenirs have to go. It just collects dust and it’s hard cleaning them specially those who have small flowerettes and all. But if ever my budget will allow, I might give a souvenir on her birthday but it would be something useful like an eco bag or customized notebook and pen.
Space Savers Lambo Doors
A small living space is preferred by many in today’s generation. It is mainly because of a tight budget and that living in a bigger house means higher electricity, more dirt and mess to clean and if you are still paying for the house, a higher monthly amortization too. But living in small spaces should not annoy or irritate you, because there are interior designers to help you maximize all the spaces in your small house. And there are more and more furniture being sold that compliments a small space.
The only problem you can get when you live in a small space is garage. Most house does not offer wide garage or parking space. If you have a small garage, it is better to change your car doors to lambo doors. These doors swing straight up. That is why it will not be a problem that you may hit the garage wall when you open your car. Having lambo doors need not be expensive. If you know an auto mechanic, you can ask him to weld your existing door and just put some additional hinges for it to go up. Some of the parts can even be purchased from auto salvage yards. Just make sure that all the metal and parts that will be used are sturdy enough to hold the door, the stronger the better. You don’t want a door that won’t stay up on its own.
But of course, if you want to maximize your car overlook, you can go as far as having a customized door. Take it to the expert and let them do your door. They can make one that will awe your friends. Or they can make one this will make you feel like you’re included n one the most high tech movie about cars and robots. Check out lambo doors and be amazed on the designs of it. Imagine you can save up on space aside from getting more attention.
Halloween Designs Ideas
While I was out last Friday, I took some shots on the mall’s Halloween station.. here are some ideas to make your house as creepy and scary it can be.
Halloween is one of my favorite occasion as it always push my creativity to the limit. It also coincides (almost) to my first born’s birthday.
Magnetic Wall Paints
Magnetic paint is a paint most commonly use in children bedrooms. Having a wall painted with magnetic paint is great because it would be easy to put magnet decorations. Kids will truly enjoy a wall where in they can put their art works by use of ref magnets. Parents can even create a magnetic wall in their rooms and put the reminders about best hgh releasers there. Magnetic paints can be applied by spraying to the wall or by paintbrush. Some people claims that it is better to apply many coats in order for the decorative magnets hold still. Magnetic paint is also good to use for the kitchen because sometimes the refrigerator is full of post-it-notes and decorative magnets from different places the family has been to. Goodbye Mega Blocks For Now..
As mentioned before, the house now is a bit flood ready. The heaviest stuff downstairs is now in my maid’s room. And most of their Mega Blocks are neatly stashed upstairs.. and here is how it looked on top of my maid’s closet:
That is what I like most about Mega Blocks, when you neatly put them together, they don’t take up much space.
