For future home builders, it is really hard to look for the perfect design. You spend weeks and even months looking for the design you want. It’s hard specially if you do not know what type of house you want to build. Limitations such as lot dimension and number of floors aside, one of the most important factor you should consider is the type of house you want to build.

  • Classic- Contemporary is a type of house where it get its inspiration from 1970’s onwards kind of house with a hint of modern.
  • Asian housed inspired design are obviously those that got it looks from Asian constructions such as temple or anything that is dominant to Asian culture.
  • Modern House Design is not your ordinary house design. It is modern not only in look but also in function. Most of the time it uses materials such as steel.

Deciding the type of house you want to build will save you a lot of time. And good thing that nowadays, address labels available in the market can match the type of the house you will build.

Sati’s Playmats

So while I was looking for a cheap DVD player few weeks ago, I came across a rubber mat that is thicker than the one we are using. It’s more expensive though but it is way better. As mentioned it is thicker and obviously made of  a better quality materials. It also has a lock on its sides. Sati fell in love with the colors. As I took it out of the plastic, she lie down and pretend to sleep! So funny. This week I will buy another set. A set consists of four mats (with a measurement of 2 x 2 feet) and the price is $10. On the way, I will try to look for tactical rifle scopes. This is a best gift for people who loves to hunt. I want to know how much it is on or local stores.

Rainbow!!!

The day that started with a rainbow was very colorful. We went for Buko Pie in Laguna, spend some minutes with Oblation and feast on Mernel’s cake and Polvoron.

The History of Christmas Stocking

When we were kids, we used to hang our grandfather’s old socks in the staircase. My aunts used to tell us that Santa will drop by and put something on our socks. We have to sleep before midnight or else Santa won’t drop by. And as the clock strikes twelve, we would be surprised with what’s inside our socks. Most of the time, there would be candies, chocolates and some money. The gifts are under the Christmas Tree, what was inside the socks are just treats.

Now that I am older and wishes for cheap car insurance instead of candies for my socks, I started reading and learned The History of Christmas Stocking. Based on the stories I have read, a old man with 3 daughters was the one who started it. He was a poor man and he is often worried that his daughters won’t get married. Saint Nicholas heard about his worries and he knows the old man would not accept any help from anyone. One night, Saint Nicholas sneaked on the poor’s man house and found socks hanging to dry. He put gold coins on it. The old man and his daughters saw the gold coins and he was not worried anymore.
