Using the app is simple and easy. All you have to do is download the app for free and click on your activity of choice to get the fun started. The best part? You can even scan a Happy Meal toy to unlock more fun and games within the app!

Happy Studio has been designed in collaboration with a panel of child development and play experts. These experts have been working with McDonald’s to create a fun new environment that grows children’s imaginations and encourages innovative thinking.

Educational Game Play

In the Happy Studio app, kids can choose to step into the shoes of an inventor, an artist, or a musician. Each activity is focused on developing certain skills while putting the child into playful mini-scenarios.

As an inventor, kids can build various objects with their favorite characters while learning creative and logic skills as they go. As an artist, children are able to improve their creative skills and exercise their imagination. As a musician, kids are able to explore musical patterns to help improve their rhythm and timing.

Parents can also join in on the fun with features such as Happy Readers, for quality bonding experiences with their kids.

Drop the streamers and cancel the princess—Netflix has an easier way to make kids’ birthday dreams come true, courtesy of Barbie, King Julien, My Little Pony and More

Kids may be the ones wearing the crown on their birthdays, but Netflix knows that it’s parents who are the real heroes on the big day. While many parents admit to feeling social-media fueled pressure to give their kids a huge party (44%), most wish they didn’t have to go Pinterest-crazy to give their kids a good time (69%).

To help out all the moms and dads out there, Netflix released 15 Birthdays On-Demand, where characters from LEGO Ninjago, Luna Petunia, Beat Bugs and more help make birthday celebrations a piece of cake. With this new hack, parents can simply press play and their kids’ favorite characters will sing them a special birthday greeting made just for them (or so they’ll think).

Launching in the world’s most common birth month of September (just nine months after the holidays, wink wink), Netflix Birthdays On-Demand gives parents an easier way to make their kids birthdays special. It takes celebrations to the next level by letting kids celebrate with their favorite characters anytime, anywhere.

Just searching “birthday” on Netflix will unlock a special performance from kids’ favorite characters, including DreamWorks All Hail King Julien, Barbie, Beat Bugs, DreamWorks Dinotrux, Las Leyendas, LEGO Friends, LEGO Ninjago, Luna Petunia, Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug* and Cat Noir, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Pokemon, Project Mc2, Skylanders Academy, DreamWorks Trollhunters and Word Party.

Kids with big imaginations and even bigger dreams are all set for an exciting weekend as KidZania Manila brings its interactive and engaging role-playing experience to Alabang Town Center this May 7 and 8.

To register a slot for their kid, parents must visit the KidZania Go! booth at the Alabang Town Center Activity Center. Kids will be assembled into batches–each batch enjoying one hour of fun.

The Alabang Town Center Activity Center will serve as a venue for a pop up event of the play city. At this interactive area, misters and misses can take on various activities that aim to cultivate their innate talents and skills.

Kids can channel their inner geniuses and learn the right formula to make their very own lava lamps at the Science Lab. The Art Gallery is another must-visit, especially for Picassos-in-training. Here, they can paint on acrylic walls and tables, and bring home acrylic postcards that they turn into works of art.

The kids added life and color to the murals and displayed their paintings at the KidZania Go! Art Gallery.

At the Bakery, budding bakers can decorate sugar cookies and make them even more delicious so they can share them with their loved ones. Friends of Mother Nature can learn how to take better care of her at the Urban Garden, planting seedlings and watering plants. Kids can even take home seedlings that they can cultivate and nurture at home.
