While many parents admit to feeling social-media fueled pressure to give their kids a huge party (44%), most wish they didn’t have to go Pinterest-crazy to give their kids a good time (69%).

To help out all the moms and dads out there, Netflix released 15 Birthdays On-Demand, where characters from LEGO Ninjago, Luna Petunia, Beat Bugs and more help make birthday celebrations a piece of cake. With this new hack, parents can simply press play and their kids’ favorite characters will sing them a special birthday greeting made just for them (or so they’ll think).

Launching in the world’s most common birth month of September (just nine months after the holidays, wink wink), Netflix Birthdays On-Demand gives parents an easier way to make their kids birthdays special. It takes celebrations to the next level by letting kids celebrate with their favorite characters anytime, anywhere.

Just searching “birthday” on Netflix will unlock a special performance from kids’ favorite characters, including DreamWorks All Hail King Julien, Barbie, Beat Bugs, DreamWorks Dinotrux, Las Leyendas, LEGO Friends, LEGO Ninjago, Luna Petunia, Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug* and Cat Noir, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Pokemon, Project Mc2, Skylanders Academy, DreamWorks Trollhunters and Word Party.

Guests can begin their exploration and discovery at the Future Dome where they will be given a glimpse of the technological advances that will soon define future cities—from towering smart skyscrapers, solar powered walls, interactive cityscapes, and autonomous vehicles.

Visitors of Future City will be given access to several stations that will surely broaden the mind. A Sketch Village where the patterns you color come to life, a Checkpoint where you can assess your future health, and interactive walls and floors featuring digital games.

After the guests go through these stations, seeing what the future can be and how it can be affected with the choices and lifestyle we make, from there, they will be ushered into a room that highlights an interactive wall demonstrating the evolution of science for nutrition and development, and how scientific advances have helped secure a child’s healthy future.

A big point of apprehension about the future, especially for parents, is their child’s health. Family history plays a big part in determining what diseases and conditions will be inherited by their kids and educating yourself about what can be done to prevent these from being passed on is the key to ensuring your child’s better future health. #GRABMisiskolar: Wais sa Pamilya, Wais sa Pera

 In 2016, Grab launched Grab Wives Academy and reached 100 Grab drivers’ wives. This year, we aim to reach and empower 600 to 1000 drivers’ wives and inspire thousands more.

Nine out of every ten housewives are ill-equipped with managing the money remitted by their husbands, the Grab drivers. If the wives are not given the necessary skills and opportunities to manage or grow their husband’s income, the endless cycle of poor money management within the Filipino family will continue.

In recognition of the importance of the role of wives in achieving success for the community, GRAB Misiskolar was born. GRAB Misiskolar is an initiative with the goal of empowering and educating the drivers’ wives to be wiser about handling their husband’s hard-earned income and enabling them to start their own mini-gosyo.

This August 13 in Mega Tent Libis, Misiskolars from Metro Manila became part of a full-day entrepreneurial program which included finance management and family planning talks from as well as different livelihood workshops such as no-bake cake making, perfume-making, direct selling, starting up your own business, and getting the needed start-up capital.

As an extension of the campaign and with the help of partners – Unionbank, Lendr, Avon, Sunlife, Angat Pilipinas, and Generika Drugstore, Grab aims to give the wives the chance to start earning by putting up a business. With the help of digital partners and mommy bloggers, the program aims to reach out to more wives and inspire them to be more madiskarte about the family finances – so they can become wais sa pamilya and wais sa pera.
